The best thing about this place, besides the pizza, is that they seem to have frequent tap takeovers. Recently, they had a Rhinegeist takeover with 20 different taps! I was able to try 9 of the between a couple of flights, which was awesome.
We also tried the deluxe pizza, which was very good - I'd say it's actually some of the best pizza in town.
The service is great - fast and friendly.
This place has been around something like 75 years, and it's going strong. Stop in and give it a try. You won't be disappointed! -

This place has gone downhill since we moved into the neighborhood two years ago. The last five experiences have been subpar.
Tonight we placed a to go order. We both got salad which appeared slimy. I actually thought they put dressing on it but I think it was oil.
I used to LOVE their wings. Even put them up against Tower wings, but tonight they were awful. There was no crispness to the skin. The meat used to fall off the bone they were so tender, but not tonight. You had to work to get the meat off the bone and once you got it off, it was rubbery. They also lacked the smokey flavor I recall them having.
My husband got a patty melt and asked for a side of thousand island dressing, which we didn't get. The patty melt had mushrooms on it and the meat was questionable.
I don't know who they have cooking for them now, but they really should fire them. Oh and watch out for their booths... so old and deteriorated that you're likely to feel a giant bar in the middle of your back.
A waste of $40 and our anniversary dinner. I don't care how convenient and close to home they are, we will not fall into the Acme trap again. -

This place is AMAZING! Not only is the place extremely clean and well laid out but the staff gives exceptional service! The food was great tasting and priced well. Quite possibly one of the most well hidden gems of the Fort!

One of my favorite Fort Wayne restaurants. If I have out of town guests or someone asking for a Fort Wayne institution I always recommend The Acme. Great beer list, great nightly specials, and my favorite pizza in the city. Located in the '05 district, it's a place where neighbors really meet.

Horrible customer service. Food had a hair in it. The Manager LISA L. Was extremely rude when I asked for the discount and I was still charged full price for the meal. Again that's Lisa L. The day time manager on Saturday 8/3/19.
